Milwaukee WHAT HAPPENED

Milwaukee Brewers have been a decent team in this league since the Prince Fielder years. When we had Prince (without Braun) we had a decent team to help him win. Then Ryan Braun came into the mix in 2007. We had a 83-79 record in that year and didn't make it to the playoffs. Then the Brewers picked up a very good pitcher in C.C Sabathia in 2008. That did it for Milwaukee as they made the playoffs that year for the first time in 20 years. They ended up losing in the division series vs the Phillies. For the next 2 years they didn't make the playoffs. Then in 2011, they made the playoffs, they did it with Prince Fielder in the last year of his contract. They won the division series but ended up losing to the Cardinals in the NLCS. The Brewers lost Prince, and then did decently well last year but this year they are doing terrible. Their currently holding a 22-35 record and that would be the worst if it wasn't for Astros and Marlins. So what did happen to the Brewers this year? I think that the pitching is still our weak spot this year. Usually it is our bullpen, but the bullpen is doing just fine. It's the starting pitching. Everybody before the year started said that the SP were too young and they silenced those people by bringing in Kyle Lohse. Honestly his record might not show it but he has been the best pitcher so far this year. When he pitches he doesn't give up many runs, it is only because the offense hasn't been producing when he is pitching. The Brewers have the hitter and fielders they need to make a playoff run, but the thing is can the pitchers step it up, if they don't looks like the Brewers are not going to make the playoffs this year.
